• The FULREX-B Terbutaline (1.25 mg): a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles by stimulating β₂‑receptors—this helps widen airways, easing breathing in conditions like asthma, bronchitis, or COPD
• Bromhexine (2 mg): a mucolytic that thins and loosens phlegm, making it easier to cough up thicker mucus.
