MOXIFLOXACIN 0.5% + DEXAMETHASONE 0.1% +BENZALLKONIUM CHLORIDE 0.02%

MOXIVAZ-D Eye Drop is used to treat bacterial infection of the eyes such as conjunctivitis or pink eye. It stops the growth of bacteria causing infection and helps relieve pain, swelling, redness, itching or irritation in the eyes. Use it 2-3 times a day for atleast a week or as prescribed by the doctor
1. Moxifloxacin (0.5%): A fluoroquinolone antibiotic that treats bacterial infections by inhibiting bacterial DNA replication.
2. Dexamethasone (0.1%): A corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and swelling.
3. Benzalkonium Chloride (0.02%): A preservative that prevents microbial growth.

🧴 Directions for Use

• Wash hands before and after use.
• Tilt your head back, pull down the lower eyelid, and apply 1 drop in the affected eye(s).
• Do not touch the dropper tip to any surface, including the eye.
• Keep the eye closed for a minute without blinking.
• If using other eye medications, wait at least 5–10 minutes between applications.

🏠 Storage

• Store in a cool and dry place, ideally 15–25°C.
• Do not freeze.
• Keep the bottle tightly closed.
• Use within 4 weeks after opening.
