PARACETAMOL IP 250MG/5ML

The TISMOL-DS is a paracetamol (acetaminophen) syrup used to reduce fever and relieve mild to moderate pain in children.
It contains:

• Paracetamol IP 250 mg per 5 ml (after reconstitution or ready-to-use syrup form).
  This is the double strength (DS) formulation suitable for older children.

• Paracetamol works by:

  • Blocking the chemical messengers (prostaglandins) in the brain that cause pain and fever.

• Provides TISMOL-DS quick relief, usually within 30–60 minutes of taking the dose.TISMOL-DS is used because it is a safe and effective medicine for managing fever and pain in children. Here’s why it is commonly used:
