POLYMYXIN B-SULPHATE 5000IU + CHLORAMPHENICOL 10MG + DEXAMETHASONE 1MG EYE/EAR DROP

POLYVIZ-D is a combination medication used to treat bacterial infections of the eye or ear accompanied by inflammation (redness, swelling, pain).
It contains:

• Polymyxin B Sulphate – An antibiotic effective against gram-negative bacteria
• Chloramphenicol – A broad-spectrum antibiotic
• Dexamethasone – A corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and allergic responses

Poly viz-d Eye Drop is a prescription medicine used to treat symptoms of dry eyes. It lubricates the eyes. This way it provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort caused by dry eyes. It also reduces redness and swelling of the eye.

Polyviz  Eye Drop is to be used only in the affected eye in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Wash your hands before using this medicine. It is advised to check the label for directions before use. Do not use it too much or too little than the prescribed amount. Use it in the exact dose and duration as advised by the doctor.

🧴 Directions for Use

• Wash hands thoroughly.
• Tilt head back, pull down the lower eyelid to make a small pocket.
• Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye, usually 2–4 times daily or as prescribed.
• Close the eye for a few moments without blinking.
• Do not touch the dropper tip to the eye.

• Keep the bottle tightly closed
• Discard the bottle 4 weeks after opening
